Pair of heirloom chairs. We were told they came to America on a boat from England. The arms and back of the chairs are a crushed velvet with metal studs lining the wooden trim. The wooden legs are very thin and curved with minimal carving. The arms are curved and are tufted with buttons on the outside and inside. The print on the body of the chair is an eagle holding arrows in one talon and a bunch of wheat in the other.
