I don't know what market value these may have but it is a reminder of times past. My Father-in-law carved these figures back in the 1930's or 40's by hand. He whittled it all out. Children in later years did some drawing on the detail, but I'm sure it can be taken off. He has passed on now and I cherish his work and a skill that not may have today. What is it worth other than sentimental value.

This is an antique rocking chair that I bought from an auction because I fell in love with it. I later found all this interesting information on the bottom. It is black with gold detail around each rim or curve. Wooden slats make up the back. A covered cushion bottom. Distributed by Krebs, Stengal and Company. 1920s. It has an order #, a frame #, a cover # and a patent #. It has a beautiful Asian picture on the bottom. Would love to know how much it is worth. = Thank you!
