Living Room-grandma's old furniture, making it work ., No one wanted grandma's aqua/bluish colored couches. I had nothing in my living room for over two years because I couldn't find what I wanted or I couldn't afford what I did want. I asked my mom about the couches she said grandma got them in the late 1950's from an estate sale. Several years ago she had them recovered in this aqua color. While growing up I remember them being a camel color. The end table and the china cabinet were my other grandma's (my dad's mom). , Living Rooms
Gracey's Garden Patio, My grandaughter Gracey (4) loves to work in her garden more than anything else in the world. When they moved into their new house last month I talked my daughter into letting me design her room so it would be full of flowers ladybugs butterflies etc. We used lattice around the bottom of the walls. We did brick wallpaper on the window wall and make the window look as if it were an outside window with shutters and a canopy. We also added the flower sill to the window. , Girls' Rooms
Asian Inspired, Part of my living room. Everything you see except the furniture was purchased on Ebay. , Living Rooms
Philadelphia Classic Dining, This dining room was DEEP mauve with vertical blinds when I bought this house. I wanted to keep it clean and simple with classic moldings and Philadelphia chippendale style furniture. The living room is on the other side of the house separated by the middle foyer and stairs. I finally have my classic center hall colonial.... Visitors always welcome! (dogs too!), Dining Rooms
