Welcoming Front Entry, I love when a space makes a statement even better when it tells a story. I like achieving that in my spaces by mixing the old with the new creating an eclectic feel. This foyer reminds me of being in my great-grandfathers study as a child. I loved spending the afternoons browsing through his old books and vintage catalogs. I added my own touches by mixing in earthy and more modern accessories. I still have to paint. Let me know if you have any suggestions. , Living Rooms
I'm changing my mind about these colors...., You will see the two (crooked) pictures hanging on one of my walls... these are my inspiration for colors in the room. However I would like to change the color scheme a little but keep the pictures. You will see in another picture i painted one wall a dark brown- to go w/all my dark furniture and blinds but I just don't feel like it fits- I want to go lighter but now sure how light OR to WHAT color. I also HATE HATE HATE that hidieous beige color in the center. , Living Rooms
EVEN MORE ADVICE NEEDED!!!, As you can see not much is going for my kitchen. There's so much potential for this room but like I said- I'm confused on what to do. You can see in the pics that it's one big great room so one would think everything needs to flow from the living room to the dining room to the kitchen... I am thinking the same green color through out right now but I am open to any and ALL suggestions!!! , Kitchens
Dining room advice PLEASE!!! , I painted the walls in my living room a "Rye Grass" by Behr paint and I THINk I am going to continue the color into my dining room and kitchen.. but I need advice b/c I'm not sure. I have one big great room so you will probably have to look at all the pics of the living room and kitchen to get the full scope.... , Dining Rooms
