Our Little Swimming Hole, We started on this at the end of last summer. My son built the rock wall for us. I'm finishing up the landscaping at the moment so next year everything should look really great. It's heated and lights up in 4 different colors at night. , Pools
Suburban Terrace Escape I, Life in an Apartment Complex can be a little boring with everyone's terrace looking alike.  I enjoy individuality and it is expressed in my handpainted faux stone floor with my "koi pond" painted with a glossy finish to reflect and imitate water.  The dividing "distressed wall " separating the space is a collection of connected window louvers that have lighting behind them to illuminate a romantic evening., Patios & Decks
Up, Up and Away, My son loves airplanes so we had a lot of fun designing his "big boy" room. We found the airplane at a children's boutique in our area and my dad helped pull it all together with Alexander's very own sky window., Boys' Rooms
A little bit of elegance in the music room, Music room might not be correct as there is only a piano and no additional instruments. Anyhow I sit here to play. It is therapy for me. Thank goodness everyone that hears me play has no complaints!  I wanted to paint a mural on the ceiling but it is textured and I would have to smooth it out to get the right effect. Princess' Garden, I wanted to crate a space for my baby girl that was serene and calming. I also wanted to do something a little different so I chose Lilac as the primary color in the room. My dad is an artist and he created the Faux Lattice and Julia's lettering above her crib., Nurseries
