So Difficult to Choose!!! First timer!, My husband and I just built a home in Colorado and we are having an extremely difficult time choosing colors for this massive room. I do not want to mess with vaulted ceilings at this point. I love nuetrals and reds....I do not know what to do in all of the cubby spaces. Please help!!!, Living Rooms
Dining Room Makeover, I painted a red focal wall & added modern artwork even tho my furniture is a mix of old hand-me-downs. I removed the traditional green swag valance (see the matching chair covers) & left the sheers. Ideas for chair covers centerpiece?, Dining Rooms
Our Kitchen Nook, This is our Beloved booth. My husband and I love retro style. We painted it red ourselves and I also made the curtains. , Kitchens
Riley's Big Girl Quilt, My grandaughter is moving from her crib to a big girl's bed. I was going to do the alphabet but after putting on her name I changed my mind. The butterfly and daisy ideas came from the wall paper border., Special Occasions
Outside relaxation, I found two bifold doors and hung them from a tree as a backdrop. I also used a cabinet and filled it with a few items from the house. I have a table two chairs and an old time glider. I painted everything white with pale green accents. It's a nice place to rest or read or just have a glass of tea. The creek is nearby so there is a bonus water feature., Yards
small space affordable chic, My condo consists of 820 sq. ft. As readers can see I use smaller pieces of furniture and limit the accessories. I remodeled the living room for under $1500. Except the painting on the wall is priceless since it was given to me by my brother CJ. He is an artist in Boston Mass. For similar paintings please visit www.cjphu.com. Queenie H.
