I'VE BEEN FRAMED !!! (bathroom), With a very limited budget I have transformed our bathroom vanity area (see "before" pic) of our Rocky Mtn studio condo. I sanded/primed/painted nasty laminate cabinets (same color as my "Submarine Kitchen") installed a new light fixture(old one: hospital-like!) and then "framed" the standard mirror w/ molding I miter cut painted & glued onto mirror edge. (FYI: the leaf was a metal plant stand. Gone are its "feet" and now it's woodsy wall decor!) "Artwork" is my own design too., Bathrooms

Front Porch, This is the front porch on our 1927 Dutch Colonial house. We love the original wood front door. My husband replaced the original wood ceiling with new beadboard and stained it. A new addition is the green planter box--inspired by a planter at a Frank Lloyd Wright house in Chicago and made by my husband. The chairs are new too and we love sitting out and enjoying our neighborhood! , Porches
