Our Old World-Renaissance Dining Room, This is our Dining Room as with the rest of the house it is a work in progress. We have not done any of the woodwork hope to get it in this winter. My husband and I have built the whole house ourselves. Mostly my husband. We have a lot of work to do. On the other side of the French Doors is a Great Room that is under construction. It has 18ft ceilings and a 10ft long fireplace. Please give me any ideas that you have about decorating. The walls look orange but they are terracota., Dining Rooms
Tuscan feel kitchen, Our 60's bungalow had great bones plenty of space and cherry mouldings. we wanted to create a modern kitchen with a rich look so we chose cherry cabinets. The whole kitchen with custom cabinets cost less than $18k because we did the counters in full body porcelain tile to match the accents on the floor and all of the labor was our own. We are not professionals but let us know what you think. I am planning a counter island this year - any thoughts?, Kitchens

A little bit of Italy in the patio, No. I haven’t brought Italy to the patio… just a few authentic Italian pieces and other non Italian ones that work well together in creating a serene atmosphere.I can still pretend to be in my own Italian villa. There is still so much we would like to do in this outdoor space but I am thankful for what we have. Watching the flowers bloom and even the little mushrooms appear from one day to another is an exciting experience. Enjoy this “Little bit of Italy” space!! – Grazie, Patios & Decks
