Fireplace Wall Now Painted..., This is the fireplace wall in my living room...I took everyone's advice and painted it the same red as the kitchen...I think it looks a little lonely. It's actually a bigger/deeper wall than it looks in the picture but should I do the entire wall or leave it as is?, Living Rooms
kitchen before #2, From dated and hated to light and bright for alot less than a total redo! New window new grout color new storage cabint new flat screen t.v. all for less than $750. Also removed cabinets (by myself!) from the eating area. Please see my before and after., Kitchens
Our Cheerful Kitchen, Our kitchen colors were inspired by a piece of scrapbook paper that I had and loved. I wanted to be able to tie the kitchen in with the attached family room which is blue so we decided to continue the blue into the kitchen but accent with punches of red., Kitchens
Almost Finished Kitchen, My kitchen is almost finally finished. A few more things (e.g. backsplash) and I'm done. , Kitchens
teeny Powder room, This teeny space felt so oppressive. My husband ripped out the ceiling the floor the old toilet and the over-scaled sink. We also ditched the light fixture and mirror. The whole bathroom centers around a batik print by Janet Searfoss of a heron., Bathrooms
zinnia room, This is our master bed room. It is in an older house (1971) so it lacks the "Super-sized" master feel. I wanted to create a little sanctuary in a kid friendly house. A little peace in all the chaos. There are still a few kinks I need to work out. Eventually the sad grey carpet will go. I am still looking for art-work that I can feel happy about waking up to every morning. I want to keep it clutter free., Bedrooms
