Kitchen/Living Room Combo Confusion!, My partner and I just purchased this house and would like to create an eclectic/ cottage look. Since this photo was taken we have purchased some nice new brown couches.  Since the kitchen and living room are connected we are having a hard time picking out color for the walls.  We've painted and re-painted several times now and currently we have re-primed all of the walls and have NO idea what to do. How do we make these rooms distinct yet meld together?  Any paint ideas (with paint names)? , Kitchens

our spa retreat, Thanks for all the positive feedback! The shower-6X6'  After many revisions we chose the simplest and functional floorplan.  we designed and executed the work ourselves. having previous experience with plumbing backerboard and tile.  We chose Moen faucets with the spa jets and really love them.  the tile is all porcelain from floor to ceiling-very easy to maintain.  with insulation and vapor barriers-not cold in winter., Bathrooms
