Nathan's Cowboy Room, Western room for a young boy. Faux log and branded leather walls., Boys' Rooms
Modern kitchen, My husband and I gutted the kitchen in our house which hadn't been significantly updated since it was built in 1951. We tore out a wall to eliminate that "Cinderella" feeling but that isn't visible in this picture. (Continued construction in adjacent areas has since made the kitchen a mess!), Kitchens
Our Home, Living Rooms
Tween Room, Bedding is from www.ourfavoritethings-decor.com and it's called "Chloe". The mirrors are both from Hobby Lobby. The chandelier is from Bombay Kids. Lamps were made by myself and the artwork was done by a friend. Wall color is "Shagreen" by Sherwin Williams., Girls' Rooms
DIY Traditional Kitchen Green Remodel, This kitchen remodel we did in our old house. Even though there were few Green products on the market we managed to make this kitchen quite Green by keeping the original foot print using IKEA cabinets recycled glass tiles for the back splash re-used the original sink and fir flooring energy star appliances and a new window. We created a mud room/kitchen extension in the old laundry area off the kitchen. We did all the work ourselves., Kitchens
Beautiful DIY Bathroom Remodel, We took a small half bath and an odd sized closet to create a large upstairs bathroom . We kept the feel of the traditional style of the house but gave it a modern twist with a soaking tub and recycled glass tiles. NOTE these pictures were taken right before we moved to our new house thus the absence of personal objects!, Bathrooms
