Sending E-mail
I made these wands last year as favors for my daughter's tinkerbell birthday party.
First you have to wrap ribbon around a stick, glue the ends with hot glue
Make the tulle puff with different tulle colors then twist and glue little crystals to the puff to embellish
Glue the tulle puff to the wand and you are ready !
