I am a Decorative Painter and I love to paint on vintage furniture! But basically I will paint on just about anything! Walls ceilings floors furniture kitchen cabinets...you name it! I just love to paint! Everyone calls me "The Painter Lady". I am married and between my husband & I we have 5 kids. My oldest son is currently stationed in Baghdad. My husband Bob is a coalminer and I am a stay at home kinda gal. I watch HGTV 24/7! He never knows what to expect when he comes home from work.

Here are two teapots that I have painted. I painted the smaller one today with inspiration from the MacKenzie-Childs style. So now is the time to sell the larger one.

I took a large tin can cut out both ends primed and painted and then mashed one end flat. I used a nail to poke holes in the bottom and wired the bottom together and then embellished with a decoupaged print of a seed packet a piece of a beaded Christmas garland ribbon and fake roses.

This ornament was made for my RMS friends and family for Valentine's Day. I have included a poem i wrote. I've never written a poem in my life! So here goes.
Roses are red.
Violets are blue.

I hand paint glass with liquitex glossy paints from the internet and Michael's. Wal-Mart also sells a different medium. Then I bake in the oven 45 minutes.
