I decided it was time to make another Tea Set and think this turned out just lovely! I love doing all the extra special touches on the lids using all those little pretties….

All silverplated pieces with the round tray measuring 12 ½” in diameter. Teapot measures 9 ½” tall, sugar bowl 4”, creamer 3 ¼”. I used lovely vintage rose china on all pieces of course. These so so beautiful displayed on your buffet or table. Can be used for your next tea party also! If cleaning is needed just a damp cloth is sufficient. I suggest using a silver cleaning cloth for metal areas.

Another fabulous shabby piece of mosaic work! These are so functional and can make a statement in any room of your home...I love the 2 tone color of this one....shabby aqua and white and distressed lightly and features handmade roses on top and bottom. Just what we shabby girls love! I used a great combination of colors...blues, pinks, greens....they all go together so well. I used some beautiful vintage china with loads of pink roses as well as pink stained glass and pearlized white gems. Very sturdy and a bit on the heavy side. Ready to hang!

Measures 23" tall x 16.5" wide x 4" deep. Each shelf is 2 1/2" deep.

Oh so beautiful!! I love to refurbish old used items into something simply fantastic. This was a very tarnished and well used tray that I painted white and covered with beautiful pink roses that really make this tray pop! Nice large and heavy tray that measures 20" from handle to handle and 12" wide. This tray has beautiful fancy paw feet and handles. This would look fantastic displayed on your Victorian buffet or table. You could display your pretty perfume bottles or maybe a vintage hand mirror and brush set. Many possibilities! Or make this a unique and ooak Christmas gift.

Hey girls, well I am finally back to work….The last month I have had some exciting things happen, some good some bad, and I just had to put my nippers away for a while. Had lots of family in because my daughter got married, I had the flu then the family got it, had lots of catch-up house cleaning after my bunch left and then to top it all was without phone and internet service for 9 days for some unknown reason (Thanks so much AT&T!. Anyway, I am back to working feverishly to catch up and get ready for the upcoming Holiday Season! Yea!


What a fun idea! So unique and useful at the same time. I painted this wooden spoon holder a pretty light pink and just simply covered the front with a few cottage mosaic tiles to add just a simple touch of shabby. Nothing extravagant but soooo charming, don’t you think? I added some vintage rhinestone jewelry at the top to disguise the hole but not covering it. As you can see this could be used in many different ways….to hold some lovely vintage hankies, your silver spoon collection or maybe some pretty necklaces or small pieces of lace. Decorative soaps or some seashells could be placed in the shelf area. Let you imagination run wild!!

Here is another one of my little shelves that is absolutely precious and one of a kind. A little bit o’prim and a whole lot o’ Shabby! I have met the nicest girl who makes these from recycled pieces of furniture and each one is different and oh so cute! This one is pink and shabbied up just a bit with handmade roses on the trim of each shelf. I used a great combination of colors with loads of pink and a touch of blue. This one offers not just 2 useful shelves but a great towel holder. Sooo, this can be used in your kitchen or your bathroom. Very sturdy and somewhat heavy. Has 2 heavyweight ring holders for hanging.
