His body is constructed of dowel and wire armature and is filled out with polyfil and batting. His costume was hand tailored to fit. He holds a book in which a poem instructs children to place their Christmas wishes and ring the bell. Santa is seated in a chair custom made and upholstered. His hair and beard are fine wool mohair and he is wearing glasses, slippers, socks, classic red pants with suspenders and a waffle weave knit shirt. This Santa is 36 inches tall seated.
