Sending E-mail
I blew up a Chinese cut paper design. These are designs that are in one piece. With the design on paper backed fusbile web I fused it to black fabric and cut it out with an Xacto knife and scissors. I fused it to my fabric ( I actually used the back of a piece of fabric. layered my sandwich and quilted with Sliver After I squared up the quilt I put on the small borders made with a bias tape maker. It is 20" x 30".
