Desert Whimsy, 92 x 94, batik nine-patches set on point in strips alternating with turquoise and clay solid strips. Quilted by Donna Laing of Northeast Quality Quilt. This quilt won a First and a Best of Show designation at the Mohawk Valley Quilt Club's show in September of 2011, Nature Project
Tulips In The Cabin, I found this pattern and loved it so made it for my granddaughter who will be getting married in October, Nature Project
Tropical Paradise, Here it is!! My second quilt ever. My last one is "Log Cabin Flower" (also on Share my quilt) which was all hand done. This wall hanging uses the technique from Anna Faustino's book- "Simply Stunning Woven Quilts". A photo from the internet inspired it. The fabrics are woven and ultimately fused onto the batting. Then it is backed and quilted as usual. This is about 34" tall. There is some couched yarn on the shoreline. The seaweed is yarn and some real shells are sewn in. Couched white yarn is the clouds. It is machine quilted. It received honorable mention at the State Fair. , Nature Project
Wildlife Just Can't Cut It, This quilt featuring a wildlife print in browns and greens also had a fish on it too!, Nature Project
Basket of Flowers, Using fat quarters of state flowers I made this floral quilt with a dark green basket weave background. It was made especially for a co-worker and friend that had to retire suddenly due to health problems, Nature Project
Leaves of Life, An art type quilt..each leaf despicts an area of my life so far..the machine quilting is done by Tracye Quinlan..I drew and she quilted, the top part of the quilt I redyed to darken a bit, hoping to give it more dimension, Nature Project
